Once an order is placed, all sales are considered to be final, no returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the incorrect product was shipped to you.
Please make sure that your PayPal email and mailing addresses are current, as Ella Ann Cosmetics is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrectly listed mailing addresses.
Maryland residents will be charged 6% sales tax on all orders, as required by state law.

There will be no refunds or reshipments if your tracking information shows completion (example: "delivered, accepted, received")
In the event of an oversell, Ella Ann Cosmetics will attempt to work with the supplier to attain extra stock to fill the orders. This may cause a delay in order shipment. Each buyer involved in the oversell will be notified and given an opportunity to cancel their order. If the supplier cannot provide additional stock, the buyer will be notified and promptly refunded.
Ella Ann Cosmetics reserves the right to change prices as necessary. In the event of an incorrect price being posted (i.e. a "typo"), Ella Ann Cosmetics reserves the right to revise or cancel the order to amend the typo.
