1) When purchasing on this site, you acknowledge that the order is in pre-order status. It may take up to 5 WEEKS from the time the pre-order window closes until the time you receive your order. If you need to receive your order quickly, please do not pre-order from this site!
2) In the event that the polish brand is unable to fulfill the number of bottles requested, orders will be fulfilled on a first come, first served basis. We will try to do everything possible to work with the brand on filling orders; but if a solution is not possible, we will promptly alert the buyer and refund monies.
3) All pre-orders are final at time of placing the order. Absolutely no refunds will be given during the waiting period of sale to delivery of product.
4) In the event of a delay in shipment beyond 5 weeks, all buyers will be notified and given the opportunity to cancel their order or wait for the product.
5) Free shipping still applies for US customers who spend $50 or more. Shipping charge will be refunded within 24 hours after order is placed if your order meets this criteria!
